End-to-end mechanical design and engineering of Front Three-Point Linkage (TUZ) systems and Front Power Take-Off (PTO) units tailored for major agricultural tractor brands (John Deere, New Holland, Case, Deutz-Fahr, Claas, Kubota).

The scope involved reverse engineering tractor frames, parametric 3D welded chassis modeling in SolidWorks, finite element method (FEM/FEA) stress analysis, hydraulic cylinder and valve selection, and full manufacturing documentation for laser cutting, CNC bending, and welding.
