Rotary Air Preheaters (RAP / OPP)

Engineering design, manufacturing, overhaul, and modernization of heavy industrial Rotary Air Preheaters (Ljungström type) for thermal utility boilers in major Polish power and CHP plants (at ROTOR Mechanical Works).

Key activities included drafting manufacturing drawings for heating baskets, rotor sectors, radial and circumferential sealing systems, along with on-site engineering supervision during critical power unit overhaul shutdowns.
